Assume you target founders who want to value their startup.

“Value startup” is a new job for them.

They require the job to be easy and cheap:

  1. Easy means the customer can value his/her startup in 7 steps or less
  2. Cheap means for 7,500 euro or less

You have product-market fit if your product gets the customer’s job done:

  1. In 7 steps
  2. For 7,500 euro

And your competitor’s product gets the customer’s job done:

  1. In 7 steps
  2. For 10,000 euro

Your startup might succeed.
